A Change of (s)pace

So my creative ticker-tocker seems to have finally shifted away from song-writing towards the visual arena (after probably a year of focus on the musical realm). I think all my sketching in university is fostering the changing tides.

Musically however things are actually moving along, I’ve sort-of reformed The Norths and am looking to expand it, having tested quite a number of collaborative efforts in the past weeks & months. The Iron Bar Hotel are going to let me do a support for them when they play the Hopetoun Hotel – for none Sydney-siders The Hopetoun is one of the few pubs in Sydney that revolves around live music) – so I’m really happy about that, I’ve always wanted to play there.

Also it seems I’ve finally gotten over the hurtful failure of my first novel (actually it doesn’t deserve the label ‘novel’ , lets call it: extended ramblings). Anyway I’m getting back in the saddle and having another go.

Mathematics at uni is an incredible pain in the ass, I’ll weep with joy if I pass and can put it behind me forever!

(PS. I have a-lot of creative material to update the site with, 5 or 6 songs and a whole bunch of new sketches.)
